Is driving a privilege?
Most of us have heard that is. As a matter of fact I was just wondering about this the other day. According to Eugene Volokh,
You do have a right to drive, but it's a statutorily recognized and regulated right, not a constitutionally secured one. The InstaPundit explains why people are always saying otherwise:
